The 2017 Philadelphia Auto Show sponsored by State Farm has officially arrived at the Convention Center . If you are a fan of exotic, classic , fast , and Hollywood cars then you don't want to miss this years show. On January 27, 2017 I attended media day and had a first-look at the cars before opening day on January 28th. The Convention Center has multiple automoile displays on two floors. I'm sure that you'll definitely find the car of your dreams some where among the hundreds of featured cars. The nostalgia and adrenaline rush you get from custom interior, super-fast engines, one of a kind design , and constant product development is an incredible feeling as you continue to submerge yourself in the automobile world.
2017 marks the 116th edition of the auto show, which features a variety of cars from the following participating brands
The Dub Magazine car room has motorcycles, Slingshots, urban automotive rides, and customized bikes, trucks, and more. If you love unique, creative rides, this is definitely the go to room for you. Overall you will have an awesome experience. So you'll get to have an amazing time, check out cars, and donate to charity. So I started writing and pressed the delete button ten times. I still can't embrace the fact that The Obama's have officially left The White House after eight years. I just can't accept it or better yet I don't want to. However to see their last speeches as President and First Lady and to see them carry themselves with pride, excellence, strength, and love through out the years will never be forgotten. Even today as they exited the presidential realm they still stood strong, hopeful, and proud. I am forever inspired and moved by their leadership, kindness, family, intelligence, and vision. I voted for the first black president of the United States with my grandmother and mother in 2009 and again in 2012. Now at 25, I can say that I've witnessed eight years of a black family that powerfully and lovingly called The White House home. As parents, as President and First lady, and as two individuals that cherished education showed the world that "Yes We Can" achieve greatness in the United States of America. For months we've witness the ups and downs of debates, protests, and racism at high levels during this campaign and election. Some of us thought that 2017 would be the first time we'd have a woman serve as president. Only for things to not go as we imagined ( but we will one day ) . Today as I viewed the inauguration ( do you think I was going to not see my President and First Lady shine ?) I literally watched the television in shock. Did the though of is this really happening ever cross your mind, anytime ? Yet the new president was sworn in and the crowd cheered. Protesters all across the U.S let their voices be heard and that isn't going to stop. We can be hopeful, we can be strong , we have to really continue to unite as the people and speak out about change in this country. We all come from different backgrounds and we may not relate to the new president or agree with what he says or does. We just have to remember that we have to do our part we can't rely on just him to do everything. So as we get ourselves together, cope, and focus on our families , dreams, and how we can make each other better , here's a few songs with a message to listen to this weekend. Here is your Time For A Change Playlist .
