One of hip hop's most notorious rap groups Bone Thugs- N- Harmony are celebrating 20 years of their Grammy Award winning song "Tha Crossroads". I remember the first time I saw "Tha Crossroads" video , I might've been 7 . I was so intrigued at a young age by the concept of the video and their words ( the video released when I was 4 by the way) . The song was from their second album "E 1999 Eternal". This song is a staple in hip hop for it's heartfelt, relative, and very attention grabbing lyrics. The song and video brought attention to the loss of a loved one whether by violence  or natural causes whether young or old. It also addressed the afterlife and hoping to meet with your loved one again. Bone Thugs - N- Harmony released a total of ten albums and are said to be working on an eleventh album.  Their tour "Celebrating The 20th Anniversary of Tha Crossroads" via Rock The Bells and  sponsored by Boost Mobile kicks off April 14,2016 in San Diego California and ends August 19,2016 in Jackson, Mississippi . Mogul Jermaine Dupri and Queen Latifah kicked off their first season of "The Rap Game" on LifeTime. The show pulled in 1.6 million views. Jermaine gave five young artist Lil Niqo , Miss Mulatto, Young Lyric, and Lil Poopy  the opportunity to earn a spot on his record label So So Def.  After eight weeks of writing, choreography, studio sessions, performances, and multiple other task to prove that the kids were serious about the rap game, Miss Mulatto was crowned princess of So So Def.  Since signing her deal "Miss Mulatto" has released her single  and filmed her video "No More Talking" and has been doing interviews about her deal. So Jermaine Dupri is in the works of doing The Rap Game season 2. I'm always on YouTube and constantly watching videos of upcoming artist. The streets has been waiting for a track from Meek since the release of his "4/4 " mixtape in January. Last night Meek posted a photo on Instagram with the caption " We f****** around tomorrow"  . The post definitely signaled Meek was preparing something for April 5, 2016. Of course fans took to social media with the suggestions that new music was coming. Tonight Meek released "Trap Vibes" on MyMixtapez which is a freestyle to the Summer Sixteen and Panda beat. These two young songwriters and producers Dante and Drew are cooking up some heat. Dante and Drew although they're a duo they are individuals whom are creating their own style and wave in the world of music. These two skillful master minds joined forces to create the duo "THEY".  These guys are reaching new levels in the game and it's getting better and better at every turn. Their EP "Nu Religion"  has gained tons of buzz and their song " "Motley Crue" is all  the talk on social media.  I'm definitely feeling the EP and I'm def tuned in for what's next. "THEY" are currently on Bryson Tiller's super dope " Trap Soul Tour" , so you might catch them in your home town . "THEY" has made it clear that NU Religion is a new way of thinking and being an individual. Just so you know "THEY" are making fresh music with interesting addictive vibes so make sure you continue to watch and listen for them.
