"Beyond The Lights" is absolutely stupendous! After seeing the private screening tonight I can officially say "Truth is the only ground to stand on " because this movie is the TRUTH and I stand by it . From the beginning to end , there's a beautiful magnetic pull that keeps you absorbed in the changing life of "Noni Jean" (GuGu Mbatha-Raw) and "Kaz" (Nate Parker) . Serious life issues such as self worth, self love , and repressed emotions were highlighted in the film and showed that its okay to need help and when the pressure gets tough you have to make a change for the better. "Beyond The Lights" also had cameos from your favorite celebs  such as The Chairman and CEO of BET Ms.Debra Lee , Richard Colson Baker (MGK) , and many more. Gina Prince-Bythewood you are brilliant ! You wrote and directed another epic film that will inspire artist and dreamers everywhere! The cast was beautiful, majestic and embodied pizzazz. GuGu Mbatha-Raw "Noni Jean " and Nate Parker "Kaz"  all did a phenomenal job in this film. I'm absolutely in love with this movie . "Beyond The Lights" shakes up theaters world wide on 11.14. 2014 !

They've joined together to assure kids across the nation have presents on December 25th. This is very important because children whom are less fortunate will have gifts to open on Christmas day. NBA super-star and entertainer Shaquille O'Neal a.k.a Shaq-A-Claus is the spokes person for this charitable cause. This holiday season you can join Shaq and help bring smiles and toys to a number of kids in the U.S by donating a toy or money. Now through December 7th if you take an unwrapped toy to Toys "R" Us they'll double it (make it two gifts) . Isn't that wonderful ? When you donate the unwrapped toy , take and post a selfie on social media networks  and #PlayItForward and tag @ToysRUs . Every selfie posted using the hashtag #PlayItForward , Toys "R" Us will donate a toy to Toys for Tots!

Muhammad Ali once said " I  am the greatest, I said that even before I knew I was"  and he is. Muhammad Ali is forever a champion and he deserves to be celebrated. I've been watching highlights from his fights and listening to him speak and it has motivated me beyond belief. My grandfather was a huge fan of Muhammad Ali . He use to tell me stories all about his fights and how incredibly tough he was. Muhammad Ali is 72 years old and he is still the reigning champion forever and always. I just wanted to take this time to honor such a powerful and strong man! He is the greatest! Time and time again Muhammad Ali showed us that speaking up for ourselves, being honest about what we think and feel, standing your ground, having imagination , challenging fear, and being great our important keys to life. I wish I would have gotten a chance to be in the arena to see him fight live, that would have been amazing. However I am so glad that I have tons of footage to watch of him . He deserves to be honored !! Fists up for the greatest!! 

Ronald Mcdonald House Charities recently celebrated its 40th anniversary. McDonald customers and RMHC supporters  donated their spare change . All proceeds benefit RMHC programs, four Ronald McDonald Houses, 16 family rooms in local hospitals , mobile dental unit, scholarship programs, and a nonprofit grant funding program. The RMHC have helped MILLIONS of families continue to smile, live, and continue to thrive in the community. This 40th anniversary is super special because the first ever Ronald McDonald House opened on Chestnut Street in Philadelphia. Since then 350 houses have opened all over the globe. The official trailer for the 2015 film "Furious 7" directed by James Wan  released and just revved up the world. Seriously, the trailer is mind blowing. It screams of a "car-gasm" as Michelle Rodriguez said . The action is explosive and your favorites are here to take the game to new levels. The cast Tyrese Gibson , Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Ludacris, Jason Statham and Jordana Brewster joined together today for the official press day . They snapped pics with fans and answered questions all about their new movie. Jordana Brewster said on the legacy of the late Paul Walker  " that they get to celebrate him when we see Furious 7". These men and women are a family and they are going to show just how much they ride for and stand with each other when "Furious 7" hits theaters in the Spring of 2015.
