“Nothing will work unless you do.”

Amariyanna "Mari" Copeny known to the world as "Little Miss Flint" is a power house and she's working hard . For such a young girl she has taken charge and brought so much attention to the Flint Water Crisis . She has done so much to help the city she loves so much . Yes, there still is a water crisis in Flint if you have forgotten. She shares a real life account of what's going on day by day in Flint. She's even worn a "Flint Lives Matter" T-Shirt because their lives do matter and they shouldn't have to deal with this issue . There's no way that Flint, Michigan should be without clean water for over one thousand days . She's recently shared a photo of a waiver that Flint residents had to sign in order to have their lead service line replaced. It's absolutely heart breaking that the people of Flint still do not have fresh water to bathe , cook , or drink. Mari posted a picture of her arm that had a rash on it from the chemicals and lead in the water. So many people have shared their stories on social media about how this crime is affecting their lives. However, Amariyanna is continuing to shine and show love to not only her city but she has big dreams for the world. She is a true leader and truly inspiring. I wish I had her bravery and strength at her age. Proudly wearing a shirt that says " I Am Your Future President" . With her persistence and her fight for what's right , just might take Mari from Flint Michigan all the way to the Oval Office as President. There's been so much support of people donating money and water to Flint , but more things have to be done. People have died and are still sick from the lead . Mari keep striving to be the best you are a revolutionary. Everyone please keep Flint, Michigan in your prayers and continue to share the information about this problem and do what you can to help. Mari has met some really famous celebrities and even President Barack Obama knows who she is and now you do to .

Joyner Lucas debut album "508-507-2209" just released and it's definitely and interesting "Ultrasound" of everything that's going on inside himself . Joyner's flow and ability to tell stories about his past , present ,and future is "Lovely". "FYM" you haven't listened to this album yet ? Not only is it worth listening to, its an epic story. "Keep It 100" the album is raw , lyrical, and so for real. Joyner Tweeted that "I put my blood, sweat , and tears into this sh*t", and he did. It's Fathers Day and I'm home listening to this album and it's preaching to me in a way . "Winter Blues" is hard record. It's one of those go get it and don't stop till you do songs. The album is relative in so many ways because Joyner is speaking from a place of personal growth , life's hardships, family , and not wanting to be "Just Like You" the people who just gave up or content with a messed up life , he wants more. I'm not telling you to listening to the album "Just Because" I think Joyner is an ill lyricist but because this album isn't a game. Its straight to the point and its a good. "Lullaby" makes you think of your child hood and some of the battles you faced. Honesty is the "Way To Go" . Joyner isn't hiding his inner thoughts on this debut. "Look What You Made Me Do" is a turnt song on the album featuring Stephion Don. The deeper you get into this 16 track project you can tell that Joyner is working ,and slaying these tracks so that he can let his family and his supporters know "We Gone Be Alright." "Forever" is a deep record because he's speaking to his son whom is not old enough to understand how he fought and inner battle when he found out he had a baby on the way . The track discusses being scared to become a father and then being filled with the love of his son. So "I Need more" is a wake up track. Joyner emphasizes that material things, money , and stunting on the internet , and being surrounded by fake people isn't what's popping . Maybe we might get a mini-movie from Joyner Lucas one day because he always puts out attention grabbing visuals to his songs ."Literally" you can tell that he really put his emotions into this album. "I'm Sorry" is a heavy song because it speaks on suicide an having so much weight to deal with. Sometimes in life we feel like that but we all have to remember suicide isn't the answer. Overall, Joyner you dropped an amazing project. He shared so many relative topics , life , Jesus , his flaws , his wins and so much more. So whether you're having "One Lonely Night" or a really lit day , press play on this album "508-507-2209" .

THE MOGUL MINUTE : TOGETHER IS POWERFUL ! RIHANNA AND GLOBAL CITIZEN FOUNDATION UNITE TO MAKE A CHANGE IN MALAWI, AFRICA!
"Everybody wants something . Gotta want something. What are you living for? Everybody needs something" these are lyrics from Rihanna's 2011 song "We All Want Love". It's true we all do want love, support, and help from one another . Last year Rihanna was the headliner for the 2016 Global Citizen Festival. This year Rihanna's Clara Lionel Foundation and Global Citizen Foundation visited Malawi, Africa where the Muzu school is located. The average income is 90 cents per day and 50% of the population live below the poverty line. The Clara Lionel Foundation has partnered with the Global Partnership for Education and Global Citizen to advocate for strong education systems that ensure the world's poorest kids can get a quality education. Rihanna sat down with the minister of education, science, and technology , the prime minister of Australia, the CEO Hugh Evans of Global Citizen and other educational officials to see first hand what the students and teachers experience and learn how they could unite to make a difference. In one class alone there might be 100 kids to one teacher. Education is cherished but also can't be afforded by all families . So the drop out rate rises due to poverty. The lack of books, food, rainy weather , no chalk, and sickness causes a lot of problems. There are so many challenges that girls face including travel challenges , arranged child marriages, and the spread of HIV/AIDS.
Watching this documentary and seeing Rihanna interact with the kids was just beautiful. She just brought so much light to them as they did to her. She taught math , played, and read to the kids. You can tell how much she cared and that she isn't giving up until a change is made. It was just an awesome feeling to see how smart the kids are and how much they love school despite it's challenges. The 14 year old who narrated the video wants to be a business man in the future.
Rihanna called on her Navy to target Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to ask him to step up in support of education. She then engaged in a twitter back-and-forth with former French President Francois Hollande where he ultimately declared ‘education is my number one priority . She's at it again, but this time she has not one or two, but 20 of the world’s most powerful leaders in her sights.
As GPE’s Global Ambassador, Rihanna is standing with GPE and its Chair, Julia Gillard, to call for an historic step-change in financing for education, and on the G20 and other donors to step up and #FundEducation at GPE’s next replenishment so it can raise $3.1B between 2018 and 2020.
That's $3.1B that can build new classrooms, fund books, teachers, water sources, fees, uniforms and, most importantly, a higher quality of education for over 870 million kids. However , we need the world’s richest countries to lead the pack. In July, the G20 will meet in Hamburg and set an ambitious agenda they can work together on. Rihanna and Global Citizen need your help in the coming month to make sure education is at the top of that list.
"Together is powerful. You share your knowledge and skills. Together is powerful. Promote eachother. Together is powerful. America came together. Africa to came together. Europe came together". Narrated by a 14 year old male student at the Muzu Primary School.
If you want to help tell our most powerful leaders to support education at the G2O

I've been vibing to "Love Galore" by SZA ft Travis Scott for a while now and posting lyrics. After seeing her timeline and seeing "CTRL" dropped I instantly had to listen. SZA is the home-girl for this one. She came through and sang about everything we think sometimes. Like girl you are all up in our cerebrum with these lyrics. Love it! SZA basically came through and put our group text messages, the text messages we write and delete, the clapbacks we say, and the moments we keep inside on full blast. Covering individuality, love, boys, side chicks, value, how guys play so much, and all of the feels.
Yes SZA! You snatched grooves with 'CTRL". From the tracks, features from Travis , Kendrick Lamar, James Fauntleroy, Isaiah Rashad, to the song titles SZA did her thang. I also love that her grandmother and mother are featured on her album as well! "Broken Clocks" yall know I love that one with the whole The Mogul Minute thing! So huge shout out to Top Dawg Entertainment and SZA for releasing a super special project that's 100% expressive and official. That "20 Something" record man oh man ! Girl you're the truth!
I was my parents jewel and yet I am treated like trash . I have been taken ? I am separated from my family. I do not know where I am. The conditions are horrible. I am abused, not fed, and forced to do unimaginable things every day. I am beaten . I am starved. I am not allowed to bathe some days. The room barely has light . I don't even understand how I'm still alive. I miss my family. I can not get online to see your hashtags although millions of you posted them . But you don't even know I am missing. Have you forgotten? I am more than a hashtag. I am a human being and a victim of human trafficking.
Human trafficking is a world-wide crime that forces women, little girls, teenagers,
little boys and men and exploits them sexually and forces them to do hard labor. This is a serious matter, that needs to be addressed. Can you imagine everywhere you are going , you are looking for your loved one? I was walking with a friend a few years ago and a lady was staring at me so hard. We kept walking and then she said said "Wait! Stop!" We weren't to far away from her so we did. She then said "You look so much like my daughter, I just thought you were her. She's been missing for a while and I really thought you were her." My heart broke for her. I couldn't imagine being in her position, that everywhere she goes, she is hoping to find her daughter. I pray she does one day. I think about that moment all the time because there's so many people missing and they're never returning HOME! Remember a few weeks ago when all of those girls went missing in D.C ? Did you forget ? Was it just a popular hashtag to post in the moment. Does anyone know if all of them were returned ? We may never know. Remember the Boko Haram girls? Some of them were returned and others are still gone. What about the thousands of others that our taken each year to foreign countries or other states? Human Trafficking isn't something to take lightly. Lives are being changed and taken for the worst. Some escape and return to tell the stories. Some people like flight attendant Shelia Fredrick who intercepted and saved the life of of a 14 or 15 year old girl whom was with tried to engage conversation with the girl but the older man she was with was angered.
During the flight Shelia left a note in one of the bathrooms and the little girl wrote back "I need help" on it . The pilot was notified and police arrested the man when the plane landed. Thankful to Shelia and all the flight attendants whom are trained to spot human trafficking victims . The criminal justice system has to work harder at prosecuting these horrible traffickers that our stealing lives and turning them into slaves.
Freedom is being ripped swiftly from so many lives to benefit others for profit or work. It's horrible and men aren't the only traffickers , there are women traffickers, and even family members whom sell their child for money or a pay off a debt . There's so much going on in this world. We can't just let social media post be a topic for a minute and not continue to discuss the true meaning behind it. Or to high light it's importance. It's importance because you could be in that position. What would you do if you were? We must unite to end this and help find the missing.
People might say "Well they ran away." It does not matter! Even if they ran away they do not deserve to be taken advantage of assaulted, held against their will . This is an on going problem and we need to do more to help this situation. The National Human Trafficking phone number is 1 (888) 373-7888 . I pray all victims of human trafficking out taken home.

THE MOGUL MINUTE: STRENGTH :STRENGTH, COURAGE , AND HUSTLE (AUGUST ALSINA ) + NEW SINGLE "DON'T MATTER"
I..When God is for me no weapon can hold me- August Alsina (GRINDIN Lyric)
New Orleans singer and songwriter August Alsina recently sat down with the beautiful Jada Pinkett Smith for a one on one session. Over the years August and the Smith family have become really close. August even refers to Mrs.Smith as being his favorite person in the whole world. August wanted to be completely honest and let his fans know what has been going on in his life. Throughout all of his battles he still fights and wants his supporters to really feel him and understand who he behind the fame. Watching August speak to Mrs.Pinkett touched my heart in a special way. It really made me open my eyes . I'm literally in the hospital right now writing this article.
I admire his strength, love, and honesty. The fact that he shared so many personal details about his life shows absolute strength ,courage, and freedom . Psalm 118:14 says "The LORD is my strength and my defense ; he has become my salvation". No matter what you may face in this thing called life you just have to trust God and watch him pull you through .
Watch a clip from the interview below. August you are in my prayers . Stay blessed ! You deserve all the love and care! Peace
I'm proud of him for not sticking in the box and letting "being famous" go to his head but just telling his story and his truth to inspire others. That's what it's all about ! S/o to you August Alsina stay strong . I personally appreciate him first for telling his truth and not caring what people think. Secondly, I appreciate him for Tweeting me back about my cousin. You can see the post below. She's a huge fan of August Alsina . I got her a shirt with his face on it for Christmas and August saw the video and tweeted back "Send Her My Love". That made her day! It's the simple things in life sometimes that mean the world to others. I would definitely love to interview August. Also Alsina Nation make sure you visit his site for info about his "Don't Matter Tour".
new single : "DON't matter "

Charlamagne Tha God recently released his book
“Black Privilege”. The book is very informative and takes you deeper into the life and mind of the infamous Charlamagne. If you've watched him conduct interviews, listened to him on The Breakfast Club, or watched him on MTV you already know he does not have a filter. He says whatever he feels and doesn't sugar coat any of his questions or comments. After discovering “Black Privilege” would be released soon, I already decided I was ordering the book via audio. I figured listening to C Tha God with his animated personality read his own book would not only be lively and entertaining but fascinating as well.
So over the course of a week I let the chapters play laughing at some parts, taking notes, and relating to different situations that he discussed. Throughout “Black Privilege” Charlamagne shares his love for hip hop by quoting lyrics of artist that have meant a lot to him, multiple principals, and raw honesty. He refers to honesty as being his best friend and secret weapon. Throughout his life he's realized that living his truth was more of an advantage than a disadvantage. He also embraced that speaking with no filter made him who he was.
I've always loved radio, interviewing and writing. I remember calling Power 99 as a teen and speaking to Charlamagne. I welcomed him to Philly and wished him good luck on his show. As I listened to the book I learned all about his ups and downs, interning, non-stop grinding despite being fired from radio four times and his will to stay motivated and not give up. I'm in my 20's and a lot of time I worry about not having it all together sometimes but as C Tha God said "You have to bust your a** in your 20's and 30's." That's true. His three P's (Passion, Poison, and Procrastination) stood out to me. Those are key points to realize at any age. The more we focus on our passion, the more we realize what our poisons are and stay away from them, and the less we procrastinate the better off we'll be. It's not about the pond, it's the hustle in the fish right?
Charlemagne gave really good pointers throughout "Black Privilege" ,like saying “F*ck you dreams”. In other words just because somebody else is doing it doesn't mean you have to. Find your own lane. Live your own truth! He states “Paths are different. Truth is more than enough to take you where you want to go”. He encourages reading and reflects on the “Book It” club. His mother was an English teacher. For those of you that don't know “Book It” is a program that's sponsored by Pizza Hut to motivate students to read. When a certain amount of books are read, the student receives a free pan pizza. I had so many Book It awards, pizzas, and an official pin on my shirt in elementary school. I was a whole nerd. I read a lot, wrote a lot and my mother was a teacher as well.
Over the course of “Black Privilege” Charlamagne discusses that his belief in God is essential. He believes that faith and determination can change any situation. That you have to pray and then go and put in the work. I'm a Christian and I agree faith and prayer can take you anywhere. Multiple things happened in his child hood and teen years but he didn't let it break him. He rose above it all and revealed his flaws and embraced them. Sometimes we have to reconnect with our child hood in order to move on, to live and succeed. Reconnect with old dreams and remember where we came from. He even reflects that his dad was hard on him because he didn't want him to make the same mistakes him or cousins made. Charlamagne high lights that “Hustle and determination would make him a fish that could swim to whiter waters”. There's so many things you can take from this book. Charlamagne also takes the time to talk about marriage and being a father, his heritage, slavery - including the story of Denmark Vesey a carpenter that played the lottery and brought his freedom (you all actually want to read more about Denmark Vesey it's interesting). That was the first time, I ever heard about Denmark Vesey so that was definitely new knowledge to me.
I promise I'm not spoiling the book for you book lovers. Charlamagne wants you to know that privilege is something everyone can access. It's so important to embrace your privilege and live your truth! So take some time and read or listen to “Black Privilege”. Congrats Charlamagne Tha God!
