Where was this cartoon when I was growing up ? A show about a black family  whom are super heroes . How cool and interesting is that ? The shorts are based on the original DC character Black Lighting and his daughters. These shorts were released two years ago and gained lots of attention. Don't you agree that it would rock to have a cartoon that catered to young girls? I do .
