Ms.Kerry Washington, Dr. Hawa Abdi  And Her Daughters, Janelle Monae, Alicia Keys, The Legendary Ms.Dionne Warwick,  And Writer And Journalist Susan.L.Taylor. Were All Honored At This Year's Awards.
     The Performances From Ciara & Missy Elliott, Keyshia Cole, Brandy, SWV, And India Arie Were Phenomenal. The Ladies Definitely Rocked The Stage. Young Women And Older Women Tuned Into Their TV Tweeting Quotes And Their Fav Parts Of The Show. Not Only Were Well Known Celebrities Honored But So Were Yasmine Arrington Who Started A Non Profit For Dedicated To Raising College Scholarship Dollars For The Children Of Incarcerated Parents .  Glennita Williams Who Founded The Guardian Angels Foundation That Donates Care Packages To Soldiers , And Alize Beal nd Tiffany Bender  Whom Started Y.U.N.G. Harlem, Which Stands For “Youth Under New Guidance"  An Organization That Helps Mentor Children/Teens  In New York And Provides Them With Extra-Curricular Activities And Academic Support.  Black Girls Rock !!! Rock!! And More Rock!!  Ms.Beverly Bond And Debra .L. Lee Are Two  Extraordinary Women And It Is Truly An Honor To See Them Make Dreams Come True And Continue To Find New Ways To Inspire And Motivate Young Women And Older Women All Over The World.  For The First Time Ever Men Hit The Stage At The Awards. Idris Alba Said "Black Girls Are Beautiful , Powerful, And IntellIgent" And Told Us A Few Other Reasons Why We Black Girls Rock. Then Luke James, Eric Benet and Anthony Hamilton Sang The House Down.
